Patty Box Co

Really lovely food and lovely person but would not hire for a corporate event again. Unfortunately the service that was promised was not delivered - we had requested for all boxes to be prepared and boxed up before midday as we had a guest speaker and didn't want any queues. But only around 40 out of 100 were ready, meaning we had queues for about an hour and people were left with half size portions because they could not meet the demand/brief. We had four people from our office help the supplier serve food (plating up boxes, garnishing salad etc), because she couldn't do it on her own which really is unacceptable. The concept itself is fantastic and food is superb - I imagine this would be a lot better suited to smaller events, but this sadly did not meet our expectations and we had many complaints regarding the service delivered.

Okayyy now I think I was missing out!! Recently came across the beef patties by Patty Box and Co, and oh boy - so good!! 💯

I have to rate Patty Box 5 stars because even with electricity/oven issues at City Splash (which wasnt their fault) they handled things professionally and with a smile - Amazing patties and even better service!!

Amazing experience at City Splash. The oven and electrical issues caused Patty Box a few delays but not their fault. Apart from that they were amazing. Pattys best ever! Service 1st class.
