Pad Cha & Chilli are a Street Food Operator who cooks and serves our fresh and deliciously, moreish menu at events, festivals, parties and private functions.
We serve an eclectic menu depending on your needs.

We can create a delicious 4 course, thai food, extravaganza for that intimate experience. Can be cooked fresh next to your table.

Our Pad Cha Garden Pop-Up will cook for guests straight from your back garden for those smaller gatherings. (Pad Cha and/or Chilli Con Carne)

Our Street Food Kitchen is perfect for events, weddings, private parties and festivals for those occasions catering for larger numbers.
The whole booking process was very easy and straightforward.
I had very swift responses to my first contact, in a very friendly and professional manner.
With what I had planned I needed a lot of information for ordering a custom made outfit. The performer was very patient and reassuring over the months, with a manner that was so friendly it was as though talking to an old friend.
The event was wonderful, with the performer giving such a focused and enthusiastic set, with additional personal focus on my son who is deaf blind and severely disabled.
The performer gave my son such a special experience, making him really feel special.
The performer also engaged with the whole hall and involved them with his display.
I would highly recommend both the website for very easy booking and also the performer for his kindness and professionalism.

Brilliant food and service from lovely people
The food was lovely and everyone enjoyed it. It was different to the normal BBQ food that gets provided so we received lots of positive comments.
From booking to eating everything was top notch. The food incredibly delicious, visually very pleasing and loved the small touches of trying to match some of our company colours. The booking process and follow up admin made my life as an organiser very easy and for that most grateful. I would highly recommend Janice and the team for a catering with a difference for your event!

This was such a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the bottles of Thai beer for my wife's birthday was an amazingly sensitive touch. It was so nice to dine at home with the children all tucked up in bed while we drank and enjoyed ourselves in the garden.

Janice and Vince made a huge effort to make sure everything was as perfect for us. They gave us a seperate tasting of their foods beforehand to make sure we liked it and then on the day were kind, friendly and efficient in the way they arrived, prepared foods and left afterwards. They adapted their food for those with allergies, many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was, particularly the prawn pad cha! Their stand added to the party atmosphere and I would happily rehire them.

Yes - we can add or take away items on the menu to suit your taste. For example we do a flavoursome butternut squash curry which can go with the Pad Cha instead of the Chilli Con Carne or we can add something like chicken fajitas instead of the Pad Cha. We cook and serve fusion food - bringing a delicious twist to the taste of asia and the americas.
We presently serve a selected menu of two primary dishes - one is thai - the other is mexican. Both compliment each other. We can also add Bliss Balls as a snack style dessert for afters...
We can deliver a plant based menu if required.

A sizzling, spicy, stir fry. Filled with fresh vegetables, aromatic thai herbs and sauces
Served with a side of rice.

Chilli Con Carne - 5% low fat ground beef. Topped with freshly made salsa. Finished off with a slice of lime. Nestled on a bed of rice
