What a delightful experience for us hiring Bell Tents from Pop Up, truly an amazing service. The staff were flexible and immediately accommodated our needs within a week of my request for my daughter’s 15th 'Campfire-themed' Birthday Party with a Bohemian/Indian theme. My daughter was awestruck by the tents waiting in our front lawn, and the ‘dreamy’ décor that was beautifully thought-out. Imogen was professional and friendly, offered very helpful advice throughout the set-up. I might add that a small obstructing tree was also removed by their colleague upon our request to accommodate the tent, showing the team’s very flexible and positive attitude to make it ‘just right’ for us. The tents arrived and were removed promptly. A Sterling Experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend!
