Description
Based in Leeds, The Extraordinary Travelling Gin Company is available for events and private parties across the country. Our chic little bar has been lovingly transformed from a horse box trailer and adds vintage charm to our family run business.
We carry 50 different gins at any one time and pride ourselves in showcasing gins from independent distillers which are often hard or impossible to find in your local shop or pub. Our gins are served with the perfect mixer pairing and garnish. We also offer delicious artisan cocktails incorporating homemade and homegrown ingredients.
Our standard bar service includes pimms and prosecco and can be adapted to include beers and ciders to your requirements. In the cooler months our service is adapted to include hot gin toddies and spiced mulled gins.
Please contact us to discuss access needs for the horsebox BEFORE booking to avoid disappointment. Ginny is available in the summer months for all venues with suitable access, and in the winter months by arrangement only.

• May 13, 2023We were thrilled with the cocktail class that we booked for a hen party of 24. Janet was super organised and communicated clearly with me before the event, arranging personal touches such as choosing personalised cocktail names. We each made 3 cocktails which were all delicious and there was also the option of mocktails for the hens who weren’t drinking. The class lasted just over 2 hours by the time everyone had made their cocktails and was relaxed and fun! I would highly recommend the Extraordinary Travelling Gin Company for their reliability, fun vibe and delicious cocktails!

Janet was a great host and made it so much fun to do! Really easy to organise as the communication was great, even better we could name the cocktails ourselves with no judgment on the vulgar ones haha! Overall 10/10 experience, worth every penny!

The cocktails were absolutely delicious, they even adapted them for me as I wasn’t drinking alcohol so I could still join in. Janet was so amazing to deal with planning the event and couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating.
Excellent value for money and so patient with us explaining how to make the drinks 18362820 times haha. If you’re thinking of booking them for an event you will not be disappointed.

How does the open bar work?
We keep a tally of all drinks served and the client pays the bill after we apply a 10% reduction to the total.
Set List/Services
Cash bar, drinks tokens, or open bar packages are available. Full bar service including personalised cocktail menus. Cocktail classes and gin knowledge a speciality.
