Car was beautiful, very clean and arrived on time. The driver looked smart and professional but driving children age 15/16 yr olds to prom, so interacting with them in the car would have been nice but there was none. I was panicking about the car before the prom as had no contact from the driver so had to contact pop top a number of times for confirmation and until it arrived I felt nervous and had to have back up cars. I was disappointed that the car left at 6 for a 6.30 drop off and I asked for the kids to be taken somewhere like the beach for photos to enjoy the experience and spend time in the car but they where taken a short ride, arrived way before time and spent 9 mins in the car so a very expensive ride! Nice car but not the experience I wanted for the money.

The whole service was excellent. The driver listened to our requests and carried them out brilliantly. Arrangements were made to suit the needs of one of our party and the driver made sure that it went very smoothly. Our grateful thanks for making the evening a truly memorable one.
