To introduce ourselves we are Molly and Ruby the owners of this coffee van. We are best friends with a shared passion for coffee and after being Barista trained together in a cafe, we decided to set out on a business venture and purchase a coffee van together to serve quality coffee.

It was so good having you at our Stansted Park Summer Festival in July and thank you for all your tremendous support and positive attitude – so refreshing! Your delightful coffee van is enchanting and we were all really impressed with the quality of your coffee and the service! You were much in demand but you kept up such an excellent rate that no one had to queue. We can’t wait to see you back here next year!
