Stone-Baked Pizzas That Impress
Our pizzas are crafted using the finest ingredients and stone-baked to perfection, offering a crispy crust, bubbling cheese, and flavourful toppings. Each pizza is ready in just three minutes, ensuring even large parties are served quickly. For gatherings of up to 100 guests, we serve everyone within 2 hours. For larger groups, additional chefs and ovens maintain speed and quality.
We offer six traditional pizzas, from classic Margherita to Pepperoni and Firecracker. Vegan requests are also welcomed.
Delicious Dessert – Belgian Waffles
Mobile Bistros also offers Belgian Waffle Dessert Catering. Our six waffle varieties cater to every taste, from rich chocolate hazelnut to fruity mango coulis. End your meal with our delectable waffles.

Communication was good from the original booking, friendly and nice to deal with. Pizzas were lovely, nice crispy bases and fresh ingredients used.
The only thing I would say was I asked if the remaining pizzas could be made up and left for anyone to take away with them, which was fine but they were left in bags and not boxes which made them go soggy and not very appealing.
Our guests loved the evening pizza service and the pizza’s were super tasty!!!

Carl was brilliant – couldn’t recommend him enough! We had the pleasure of hiring him for our wedding recently in Cheshire and we had a great experience. Really easy to communicate with him, we had no issues with him finding the venue or getting set up, in fact we didn’t even notice he was there till we saw someone eating pizza by the bar! The food was absolutely incredible, amazing handmade pizzas and flavours that pleased everyone! All our guests absolutely loved it! There was even a few left that we were scoffing in bed at the end of the night. We found this company straightforward and reliable to deal with. They arrived at the time we had arranged, having taken note of my instructions to find us, and were cheerful and helpful despite the rain. Our guests enjoyed their pizzas. Their only complaint was that I should have ordered more!
We booked Carl for our sons 7th birthday party. The pizzas were amazing and everyone raved about how good they were. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend enough!

Our traditional menu includes margherita, pepperoni, crispy bacon, super vegetarian, ham and mushroon, and spicy meat feast. We're happy to mix and match these should guests want to combine or remove toppings. In addition to our homemade tomato sauce, we can offer bbq sauce (great with crispy bacon) and green pesto sauce. Gluten and dairy free bases can be provided with prior notice.
Hot food cooked in our mobile ovens at 400C. Pizzas typically. We also have steak Philly cheese, lamb wraps and waffles with sweet toppings.

We have a street food stand which is 2.5sqm. Your guests request their pizza and we prepare and cook for them.
Margherita, pepperoni, crispy bacon, ham and mushroom, super vegetarian, spicy meat feast. All cooked with our restaurant quality sourdough pizza bases and our 10 ingredient homemade tomato sauce.
