Traditional Italian wood-fired pizza all cooked and served from our eye-catching van. We use only the best Italian ingredients and each pizza is cooked to perfection in just 90 seconds.
We have a full menu which ranges from the hot hot HOT Caldo - spicy n'duja sausage and roquito peppers to the sublime Caprese - sweet sun roasted tomatoes and spinach, topped with our mouth watering fresh green pesto. We can also provide a solely vegetarian/vegan menu if required. We also have a full wedding/party menu of starters, mains and desserts all cooked in our wood-fired ovens.

From arriving on site Jon was friendly and professional and he set up with ease and was soon the wood fire was up and running

  • What services do you offer?

    Traditional wood-fired pizza cooked to order (each pizza takes around 90 seconds) We can also cater for wedding breakfasts or party menus using our full menu of starters, mains and desserts - all wood-fired.

  • Do you offer a venue for the banquet?

    No, we operate from a mobile pizza trailer with a gazebo and extra oven if we need more space.

  • Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

    Yes, all our food is cooked to order form our wood-fired pizza ovens.

  • Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

    Yes, we have vegetarian/vegan options and are happy to adapt our menus to suit requirements. The only thing we can't do is gluten free.

  • What kind of cuisine do you offer?

    Wood-fired pizzas using traditional Italian ingredients. We can also cater for starters and desserts if required. These are also wood-fired.

  • Do you offer special menus?

    We do have special vegetarian and vegan menus.

  • Do you also offer a wedding cake?

    We haven't done yet - unless somebody wanted a stacking wood-fired pizza cake!

  • How does the open bar work?

    We don't provide a bar.

  • What is included in the menu?

    Wood-fired pizzas using ingredients such as chorizo, n'duja sausage, pepperoni, anchovies, olives, capers, sun dried tomatoes, fresh pesto, Portobello mushrooms and so on. we can also produce starters and desserts in our oven.
