I also do BBQ parties, buffets and canape parties.
A fantastic BBQ for my husband’s birthday . Mike was constantly in touch checking on all the plans , food timings etc .
On the day he arrived in very good time and set up beautifully . The food was delicious especially the lamb which everybody was raving about .
We were able to have a second lunch the next day - I particularly loved the sea bass and Asian
Slaw salad .
We would be very happy to have Mike cook for us again . A lovely experience . Thank you
Wonderful dining experience, from the delicious canapés to the amazing three course meal. Mike talked us through each course and told us where the food was sourced, he was polite and funny and made the experience a memorable one. Will definitely book again.
I can’t rate Mike highly enough. Circumstances with COVID make things difficult but Mike ensures everything is compliant and that all guests feel comfortable. All guests not only felt comfortable but Mike wow’ed them with outstanding food and service. Incredible. You won’t regret booking!

He was easy to work with, very accommodating and worked collaboratively to make sure everyone was catered for. He was friendly , efficient and worked with us in advance to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and he made our event very special. I would highly recommend him.

"I booked Chef Michael for a family lunch in the comfort of our own home. Chef was very organised. We spoke beforehand about special diets and the set up, and he arrived promptly on the day well prepared.
The meal was delicious with everybody going home full and talking about the tasty chicken sauce and light berry mousses. I opted for a server, Michael, who was a delight and added wonderfully to the whole experience.
Chef Michael offered a great experience and even provided child friendly versions of some dishes so the babies could join in (thank you).

"What a night!! we had the best night ever with Mike and his waiter Michael. The food was amazing, all cooked at our home, presented and served beautifully with much care and attention to the smallest of detail. on top of that the evening was great fun as Mike introduced each course. in the kitchen he was fun to talk to and has a great sense of humour and the banter between him and the waiter Michael was priceless.

We received excellent service from start to finish from Micheal and also his head waiter. They arrived on time and with little fuss produced an outstanding 6 course taster meal for 10 of our family.
The head waiter was amazing, making sure our table was laid perfectly and filling our glasses up all evening. Everything was washed and cleaned up at the end of the meal leaving us to relax and enjoy the evening. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Absoloutely amazing. Deserves 5 stars !!"

Private chef services, to include the chef liasing with the client about the menu, chef does all the shopping for food, prepares, serves and clears up afterwards.Waiting staff can be provided as well.
No, I use peoples private homes and offices. If working out of an office, there must be a decent working kitchen to provide hot food
