Matt was absolutely fantastic and the whole wedding party was so impressed

We booked Matt for an 80th birthday celebration, and he was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond by learning so many songs from the birthday girl’s personal wish list, and it meant the world to her. His voice was fantastic, his interaction with guests was natural and warm, and he created such a joyful atmosphere, despite the incredible heat of that day. He wasn’t just a performer — he was a genuine part of the celebration. Friendly, engaging, and all‑round lovely, he made the occasion incredibly special and memorable for everyone who attended. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add something truly heartfelt and personal to their event.

Right from the very start Matt wanted to make our wedding day perfect, nothing was ever to much. Even when we changed one of the songs a week before the wedding! He took the time to communicate via email and a video call, he ran through the music we liked and the eras and put that in to practice on the day. His videos don't do him justice, he is a lovely person and we couldn't have asked for a nicer person. On the day he was very professional, always up for a chat and was lovely around the two children who attended. During the reception he took requests and played the most amazing music, it was upbeat and he was amazing with his loop pedal. Couldn't have imagined having anyone else on our wedding day, he made it feel more than special and everyone was complimenting us on how good he was! We booked Matt to play an acoustic music set for our Wedding back in April. He was attentive, professional and put on a great set which really captured the laid back chilled vibe with the evening sun shining in from outside. Having seen Matt play many times he was our one and only choice to play at our son's wedding celebration. Totally professional and an absolute delight to listen to and a great judge of an audience.
