Mario started his career as a chef after leaving school, working in hotels and restaurants. Following this he has gained a wide variety of knowledge working in various countries around Europe, even running his own restaurant. Since moving to the UK, he has had a great experience working as a chef. He has a strong passion for cooking with good fresh ingredients and loves to cook many different international dishes.
Wow!! What an amazing feast! Food was suberb everything was perfectly prepared and cooked and presented beautifully. Very professional in every way possible and everywhere was left spotlessly clean. Chef Mario was absolutely phenomenal, his food and service were both first-class — I would definitely book him again and cannot recommend him enough! We hired him a few weeks to cater for a hen party of 16 guests and from start to finish his service was outstanding. If I could give him 10 starts I would. His communication throughout was brilliant and after booking he quickly contacted me to discuss our needs and requirements and made it clear that he was contactable anytime for any queries or requests. There was such a variety of menu options available to suit all preferences and dietary requirements (including one vegan). On the day, Mario and his assistant arrived punctually and set straight to work. They were both extremely professional and efficient, even when the apartment we booked did not come fully equipped with all of the utensils and cutlery required (despite promising they would), chef Mario did not bat an eyelid and made it all work like the true professional that he is. The food was absolutely delicious and every single person was extremely satisfied with their meals. Chef Mario (and his assistant) were also very friendly and personable, they made all guests feel relaxed and the kitchen was left spotless. I can’t wait to book him again!

Mario was extremely helpful prior to the event able to accomodate any changes we needed. Very profession, the food was amazing and beautifully cooked. Wide choice of canapes and main courses to choose from around the Italian theme and was able to pick my husbands favourite dishes for his birthday event.

I would strongly recommend Mario. He made the selection process easy and was very flexible. He arrived on time and delivered an excellent 5 course dinner for 10 people. All guests enjoyed the experience. He was very personably and left the kitchen spotless when he departed. We will utilise his services again in the future.
