"Mark – Man with the golden pan! Thank you so very much for catering for our Silver Wedding party recently, you exceeded our expectation by miles. The team including Nigel and Harriet worked like troupers and were so helpful. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it, some apparently had seconds and thirds! The barn dance band said that it was the best food they had ever had at a gig!

Folks were snapping up your business cards, so hopefully you will be back in Basingstoke in the future."

From start to finish, a real pleasure. Upbeat, courteous communications from Mark and really simple to find the right solution for our needs. Man with a Pan, in our garden, paella heaven! Everything is catered for and it literally takes almost ALL the hassle out of the party organisation. The team who served us (Chris and Nigel) were efficient, skilled and fun. Amazing food with loads of people going back for seconds. Everything cleared away afterwards with a minimum of fuss and disruption. A great concept and a wonderful result.

Superb Paella, cooked from fresh. Everyone loved it. Mark and team were really friendly and efficient and cleared up after themselves afterwards! Brilliant.

Mark catered so brilliantly for our daughter's wedding. He was excellent in prompt communication, came up with really good solutions, provided really good value for money and kept within my budget. He was never stressed and always cheerful in the planning and on the day. The food was delicious and it was really dramatic seeing the food being produced in front of us. The food was superb and varied and “seconds” was always going to be on the menu as you just couldn’t get enough of the tasty dishes he and his expert crew created.

Superb food! We had a garden party at the weekend, instead of our usual BBQ, we decided to talk to guests rather than cook & opted for a paella with a risotto as an alternative. This went down so well with our guests! Even a couple of fussy eaters were surprised how much they enjoyed Marks delights! The canapés were a fantastic appetiser. Meanwhile the children ate hotdogs. We all then thoroughly enjoyed a selection of desserts! The Banoffee was the absolute favourite! Thank you so much Mark & Chris. It was such a hit day too!

Mark did a wonderful job for my daughters wedding & I would not hesitate to recommend him & his team, the we had two type's of risotto & they were delicious!

The food was excellent and drew high praise from all of our guests, one of whom is a chef himself. What I liked most, in addition to the food, was the care and presentation taken around the whole event. For us it ran smoothly without any noticeable effort. From initial briefing and menu discussion, to the simple but smart table settings, to the young serving staff and sous chefs, all of whom worked with a smile and great warmth, and then to a quick and efficient clean up after the event. Man with a pan - highly recommended!
