Just want to let my Clients know that i misplaced Valerie Minchella's booking by mistake, this was not done on purpose, i just forgot to put her booking in my diary and it slipped my mind, just want to let you all know that i dont intend to mess my clients around or do anything foolish to let my clients down, ive sent an opology to Valerie and have explained what happened, i want to make it up to Valerie and offer her my service for free in the future if she has any more events in the future and i would do the same to anyone who i accidently let down in the future but i will do all i can to avoid making that mistake again, its the only time i made that mistake and i will make sure it will be my last.
