Alessandro and Aria Artisan Pizza catered this weekend for my son's first birthday. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Every single guest is still commenting how tasty, fresh and authentic the pizzas were and how pleasant it was to deal with Alessandro. We actually met Alessandro at another event he had been doing. We fell in love with his pizza and loved his story, passion and general nature for pizza. He was responsive, gave us plenty of options, and even helped customise part of the menu for our event. He even went above and beyond to add different oils as well as ingredients he did not have on the menu and create an allergens chart. On the actual day, he arrived far earlier than he needed to, just to ensure things went well. There were hundreds of guests at our party including both adults and small children, and he accommodated beautifully with his team. The saddest part was knowing he was going to have to leave. He boxed what had been remaining and honestly, this made our event so special. Thanks so much Alessandro! You really won't be disappointed if you book him and we will be booking him again for future events.

WOW! Amazing pizzas! Alessandro is brilliant , he catered for my daughters 30th birthday this weekend and everybody loved his pizzas . Very professional and nothing too much trouble . Great communication and pizza suggestions from the start. Alessandro cared about my party and the amazing and creative pizza selection. He turned up on time, the van is really cute, set up and delivered the most amazing pizzas. My guests LOVED them. I would certainly recommend and use again!
