Lucas's communication can't be faulted. He provided the dishes we requested and was very flexible in his approach. Guests commented on how tasty the food was. However, we only received 55 minutes of service before the dishes were cleared and thrown away. At £17+ per head for 80 people, I was dismayed. Because I was so busy with guests I didn't get a chance to question this at the time. When I wrote to Lucas expressing my disappointment he told me that the servers had spoken to my husband - who doesn't recall such a conversation. I asked for consideration of a partial refund but was offered none.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about our communication, flexibility, and the quality of the food. It means a great deal to hear that your guests enjoyed the dishes that is always our priority. Regarding the duration of service, we are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed. Our team always checks with the client before pack-up and would never clean down without permission. If we had been made aware that you wished us to stay longer, we would of course have been happy to continue the service. At the time of clearing, most of the guests had already returned to the buffet two to three times, and there did not appear to be any further interest from guests when the team began cleaning down.

Sebastian prepared a delicious grazing feast which exceeded expectations both in terms of presentation and quality. Our guests commented on how excellent the food was and we were thrilled as party organisers. Communication was excellent from the very beginning and the food was very good value for money. We will definitely be choosing Lukasz Toborek again. Thank you, you really made our party extra special.
