Lou had an emergency the day of our event but was able to organise a wonderful replacement, Sally. Lou had been great with organising the event beforehand, super responsive, and it was amazing that she managed to find a great replacement to cover for her. On the day of the event the venue wouldn't allow the airbrush machine but Sally had brought her full kit and was able to do face painting and glitter tattoos which the kids absolutely loved.
We recently celebrated our twins second birthday with a large family garden party, Louise was absolutely fantastic, painting and glittering our guests - children and adults. Louise was a pleasure to deal with, a real professional and I had so many comments on how great she was from guests. Louise was fantastic she came prepared and before time and she kept working up until the event ended. I will definitely hire her again if I need a face painter. I also had a request from someone asking where I got her and I told her poptop so I will be sending the email details to the enquirer as she is looking to do a birthday event in February. Lou is an amazing and thought provoking artist. She attended my summer BBQ in July 2018 and should have stayed for 4 hours. she ended up staying well over 6 hours! The queue was endless. The art work on every single face, arm, leg, neck or wherever on the body my guest selected was faultless. I have been involved in a number of event and face painters and I have to say Lou is the very best painter I have ever come across and she will be at every event I have and will be recommended to every party I know off too. She is very committed as she was offered to another booking at double her normal cost to do another party but she was already booked and would not even entertain the offer. My guest was gutted as they have a party soon and really want Lou only! The children and all the adults absolutely loved her stylish and outlandish one-off designs. Her very kind, warm and knowledgeable personally is just perfect for the job she does. She is truly outstanding and worth every single penny and more! Lou, we love you!
