"Daniel helmed the whole event from Jewish wedding blessing at 4 pm to jazz swing set ending at 12.30am . I was delighted with every part of his playing and singing as well as his attention to detail in planning the wedding , timing , content etc. He continued playing way past the official end of the contract and is one of the only performers versatile enough to go from singing Jewish Wedding blessings in Hebrew to Israeli dancing to jazz and soul. Daniel and his London Swing & Soul Band played at our wedding last August. We spent absolutely ages looking for the right band, and we were losing heart, until we saw this band in action. Simply awesome. The most amazing repertoire, which was great for us because our guests ranged from 4 to 84, and there was something for everyone, even traditional Jewish wedding dances (which we wanted even though our wedding was not religious in any way). Daniel supplied a jazz trio for the daytime (which was excellent), he played keyboard during the actual ceremony (and it was beautiful), then we opted for an 8 piece band for the reception, which was fabulous. So many of our guests commented afterwards about how much they loved our band. Three of our guests are professional musicians themselves, one teaches at the Royal Academy of Music, and one is musical director for the Ritz hotel in London, and they both said the band was fantastic. PLUS ours was a same-sex wedding, and it was important for us to feel comfortable with everyone involved. Daniel is really lovely, and it was a pleasure to have him be such a big part of our perfect day. Wonderful wedding band starting off with light swing music for us oldies then kept the dancefloor full all night for the young adults. Highly recommended. Susan
