We had a great experience - very patient driver, played our own music and we had a blast! Only note was that the driver was 5-10 minutes late to arrive which cut our time in the limousine slightly short. Definitely recommend the service!

The driver was very polite and friendly. Looked after the party very well. They were all very happy with the Limo and experience. I thought the Limo looked a bit old with scuffs, door cracked when opened but that’s me. The main thing is the party loved it
I was disappointed that the picture & description of the vehicle booked: 15 seater limo jeep with 3 bottles of bubbly was not the transport that arrived - it was a white party van with only 2 bottles of bubbly. Despite these minor discrepancies the driver was very helpful & friendly, all my family & friends did enjoy the pink seats, tv screen, lights & the facility to play our own music. There was room for everyone & our folding chairs & food hampers for Ladies Day at Worcester Races.
Paid a deposit to hire the pink humma limo, after enquiring we was told by sam our total fee would be £595 and to continue booking and pay the deposit through pop top which we did, and he told us to pay the remaining balance in cash on arrival of our limo,
Event arrives we receive a phonecall from the company stating we need to pay them the full £595 on arrival of the transport as they reckonned pop top is nothing to do with them so we lost out on the deposit we paid to poptop and paid even more for the transport.
An hour before the party was due to be collected we get a phonecall that the limo is stuck in traffic and they will send a party bus instead and i was still charged the same ammount.
Was very stressfull and has put me of booking through pop top on the future as i have been let down and left out of pocket
I booked a stretch baby Bentley for my friend’s hen do and a stretch Harley Davidson showed up…. It was disappointing and frustrating that we didn’t receive what was booked and I’ve emailed Poptop to say what happened and send photos but I’ve hadn’t had a reply almost two weeks later.
Incredibly disappointing, I won’t be using Poptop again!
