A great service from start to finish, great communication

The bus was really fun although did arrive 20 minutes late. I would have been fine with this if communicated but I had to contact them to confirm it was still coming, however once arrived the driver was very friendly and we had a great time.

I booked the pink limo for my 9 year olds birthday. I had to originally change the date and Sam was nothing but helpful and understanding. The car was on time, clean and very impressive. The driver was friendly and didn’t once complain about the kids singing in his ears the whole drive! Very pleased with the experience. I would however say if music in the limo is important to you make a play list as you can pop it on. We used their cd’s with I loved as 90’s heaven however 9 year olds wanted Taylor Swift but they still enjoyed the Spice girls!

Exactly what my daughter needed. The experience was worth the money. Needed the space for 8 kids! Perfectly decorated with balloons . Arrived on time and drop off at venue on time. Would recommend the pink Limo for any occasion . The driver was polite and patient. The kids had the fun and dance needed before the birthday lunch.

Paid a deposit to hire the pink humma limo, after enquiring we was told by sam our total fee would be £595 and to continue booking and pay the deposit through pop top which we did, and he told us to pay the remaining balance in cash on arrival of our limo, Event arrives we receive a phonecall from the company stating we need to pay them the full £595 on arrival of the transport as they reckonned pop top is nothing to do with them so we lost out on the deposit we paid to poptop and paid even more for the transport. An hour before the party was due to be collected we get a phonecall that the limo is stuck in traffic and they will send a party bus instead and i was still charged the same ammount. Was very stressfull and has put me of booking through pop top on the future as i have been let down and left out of pocket
