Terrible one as I paid advance and no one showed up. It was my daughter's 1st birthday and I wanted to capture every moment of such an auspicious day. Once in a life moment. They ruined it. I spend so much money and nothing is captured. This is a shame.
Please do not trust them ever else you will regret. A big No to them #. I will take this to ombudsman and will take legal action.
Shame.

Absolute nonsense. I contacted the client 4 times. Through his private email and poptop. There was no number to contact. I never received a response, full address or payment for my services. I believe he rang me around 5 mins before the event expecting me to be at an address I did not receive. I do not turn up to events where I have no full address or payment arranged for my services. He paid a non-refundable deposit through poptop and that is all.

Carrie attended my daughter's birthday party and was brilliant. Lovely person, very professional and takes great pictures. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Good communication and punctual. Fantastic!
