Thank you for coming on time to install and pick up. The Marquee was very nice, clean, spacious with the lights and tables. It safe our night because started to rain. I absolutely going to use their service again. The picture is the same as delivered marquee. The only things is to respond to the email or text messages quicker, because clients/customers are stressed out for their party and they want to make sure everything is set up on time. Excellent service, the guys were really professional, everthing was delivered on time, in fact they were early! They were friendly and their comunciation was great! They collected the gazebo on time, so the service was excellent!

The Marquee exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with the friendly erection and dismantling service. We hired chairs and lights and were amazed how good they were. The Marquee was well built and very sturdy. It really helped make our 40th Wedding Anniversary a fabulous time and great memories .

The guys were amazing. I thought we had paid for draping, apparently not? And yes we wish you had told us it wouldn't be possible to have the marquee against the back doors, it was too low.

Brilliant service and will definitely recommend

The standard of the Marquee was pretty much as I expected it to be. It was well used, but there were no issues at all with it. it met our needs perfectly.
The Build team arrived on the Friday (Our event was on a Saturday) at about 17:15 so within the pre-agreed scheduled window (14:00 to 18:00).
There were 3 of them, they were a cheerful and polite team, and did a decent and quick job of erecting the Marquee (Probs about 40 mins).
After the event, they arrived on the Sunday morning at about 08:40 ( I was not sure what time to expect them), and 40 mins later, it was gone, and you'd never know it had been there.
I experienced quick responses, providing information to my satisfaction, when dealing with the folks from the Office beforehand.
All in all, for us, a positive experience.

Excellent service from Marvin and his team. The marquee was set up first thing as promised, well in time for our event. They even took the time to wipe down the internal walls once set up. It was quite windy but the marquee was thoroughly anchored down all around. They arrived the next day and took it down quickly. Would definitely recommend them and book with them in further.

I ordered a tent for a children's Halloween party..Poptop UK were really professional and they delivered on time. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again in the future!

Marvin and team were great, from our initial conversation to understand our requirements, to the collection of the marquee the morning after our 18th Birthday celebration. The marquee was delivered and set up well in advance by a very polite and professional team. Fortunately the marquee was watertight so we survived a couple of torrential showers during the evening and the next day Marvin and team arrived early and tidily packed away. We would not hesitate to use Levels Marquee & Events Hire again.

Reliable, polite and professional worth every penny

Marvin and his colleagues were brilliant from start to finish. They came to see the site early and advised in the best size marquee. They gave advice about site preparation. On the day they turned up really early to set up. They were clean and efficient. They offered a range of extras - we chose a carpet and heater - and you can pick those only a few days before once you’ve checked the weather for your event. It was very easy indeed. We’ll use Marvin again. And we felt they were really good value.

Marvin turned up on time, set up the marquee in 1 1/2 hours and shuffled it round a bit at our request so it was in exactly the right place. Marvin who came to put up the marquee was very accommodating, he managed to fit the marquee in a very awkward space. The marquee was perfect, although we'd hired it in case of rain it was perfect as a sunshelter in the hottest weekend this year. I would recommend them.

Honestly fantastic. I was looking for a marquee at short notice during the hot summer week in June 2022. My birthday celebration was sorted at my house - all the food and invites were already sent for that Sunday. We incorrectly assumed the weather would be hot, like the rest of the week... then on the Wednesday the forecast showed intermittent showers!

I decided to get a marquee, but loads of other places were sold out. These guys were super responsive, helped me figure out what size marquee I needed, and even came to fit it within 48 hours of my original message. Honestly can't fault them. The guys setting up were really kind and quiet. They were clearly boiling on a hot summer's day but they just... got on with it. I was really impressed.

I ordered a Marquee from Levels Marquees and Events via Poptop events. The Marquee, tables and chairs were promptly delivered and the team had set up the tent very efficiently. The tent, tables and chairs were all delivered in very good clean condition. Overall the service was well above the expectation. Levels Marquees & Events Hire was amazing! Marvin and the team were very responsive throughout the booking process. We hired a marquee for our traditional wedding, the 4 x 6 marquee looked great in person and accommodated 80 plus guests. We would definitely hire Levels Marquees in the future and encourage friends and family too.

Levels Marquees & Events Hire was excellent! Poptop was east to use and much cheaper than other quotes I was getting for a marquee. The service was amazing and Marvin replied to everything very quickly. Went as planned. Would defo book again and recommend to all friends and family.

We recently hired a 6m x 4m marquee and dance floor for a party on April 2nd 2022 from Levels Marquee and Event Hire and couldn't have been more delighted with their service.
The marquee and flooring were good quality, as were the infrared heaters we added at the last moment when the temperature was forecast to drop to -3C on the night of April 2nd.
Marvin, who dealt with our booking, was reliable and professional, dealt with our questions at once and arrived as agreed the day before the party to set up.
When it turned out that blustery winds were forecast for the following evening he set out from home to collect extra equipment to secure the marquee and then drove many miles back to us arriving late in the evening, cheerful as ever, to install it.
The whole booking went smoothly and the the fee for everything involved was very reasonable.
Marvin's helpful friendly manner made the run up to the big event a pleasure.
In spite of the inclement weather we had an epic and memorable party dancing our socks off till 2.30am.

I was incredibly happy with the service, quality & responsiveness of Levels Marquees. They arrived on time & got straight to work setting up the marquee in very quick time. The marquee itself was in excellent condition & adequate in size. Marvin was polite & very easy to communicate with. They helped make our event a success.

The Levels Marquees and Events changed the schedule from Saturday to Friday to install. We made the accommodation for their arrival after 2:30 PM. They kept on delaying and arrive after 5 PM.

The Size 3X4 was not accommodated so they went to accommodate 2X3 after promising 2X4.

The opening had to be away from the exit doors of the flats and with the gap and uncovered roof on a rainy day the carpet got all wet.

Finally on the day of tear down, they wanted to change from Monday to Sunday. We asked them to come Monday by 10:00 as we had a flight. They confirmed midday. Fortunately, we had another labor and with him we dismantled the tent that took more than an hour. Levels tent arrived after 11:45 and took their materials. I asked them since they were late and we have done the work to take down the tent they should compensate with credit. To date they have not responded.

Awful, dishonest and wasted our time.
