The driver was amazing and very friendly. The limo was gorgeous and really made the prom extra special.

When the car arrived, the driver and car were excellent. However, the build up to the day of hire was poor because I had to keep chasing the supplier: payment issues, not the correct car etc etc. Thank goodness the car arrived and my daughter was happy.

I booked an American muscle car, months in advance of my son’s prom. This was a particular car he wanted. The cost i thought was excessive but paid it as it’s what was wanted. Upto the prom day, responses to questions were slow and at times emails to me were apparently left in drafts! 5.30pm the day before the prom, I had a call to say that the car had to go into the garage the following day at 8am however it was hoped that it would be fixed. We were given the option of 2 other “back up” cars. Neither were remotely like what we had booked. We reluctantly picked one . 12.30pm the day of the prom we were informed that our booked car was not a available. We had to have the back up car. Again correspondence was bad. It took forever to find out what time the car was arriving. It arrived at 5.20pm, dirty with a casually dressed driver. My son was dropped off at 5.50pm after just a 7mi Ute journey down the road. The car door would not open until after several attempts… In front of the awaiting crowds at the venue. My son’s friends turned up in their American cars as arranged and my son had not got his! No offer of any sort of a refund or explanation as to why the car suddenly needed work on it! Avoid at all costs if you do not want to be let down. So disappointed!

Terrible experience promised my daughter I would get her a lovely car for a prom experience booked it well in advance paid the deposit and struggled constantly to get hold of the guy that was providing the car Finally the night before the prom he phoned me. He couldn’t get there the time he promised he couldn’t send the car that he promised we got all details exchanged and sorted. He then turned up 40 minutes late with an absolute clapped out rustbucket of a car charge me £750, terrible terrible service. This is the third review I’ve sent you and you have not responded to any of them.

Service provided was excellent, driver kept me informed of his arrival time on the day and that the drop off was completed at the destination. My daughter enjoyed the experience with her friends and said it was very cool to be able to have drinks and their music on the way to the prom with her friends. Excellent service all round.
