A stylishly converted rice Horsebox with friendly and welcoming staff, to give any occasion that Vintage feel. Uniquely serving chilled Prosecco on tap, a full range of spirits including a selection locally sourced and craft ales to compliment our Cumbrian based Lakes Horsebox Bar. We love our social occasions; so we couldn’t think of a better way to share that love than with you, tailored to your personal requirements to add that personal touch.

Absolute fantastic service. They came, set up and supplied the drinks for our entire event. Extremely reasonable price deposit and reasonably priced drinks too. Could not fault them- would highly recommend and would book again! :)

  • What services do you offer?

    All occasions can be catered for with bespoke packages offered to suit; ensuring your special occasion goes without a hitch. Our wedding packages are subject to a £250 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date which includes: • The hire of Lakes Horsebox Bar • Licensee & trained staff • Supply of a TENs (Temporary events license) if required • Disposable flutes and cocktail glasses (glassware available for extra charge) Want to go that extra mile? We can also arrange a bespoke arrival drink package from £3 per head, or bubbles to toast & table wine from £15. Just ask and we would be happy to help. CASH BAR Prefer to keep things simple? Opt for our cash bar. Guests will enjoy a fully stocked bar, charged by the drink via cash or card, at sensible prices. Booking Fee: £250 (non-refundable) Minimum spend: £500 PRE-PAID/TOKEN BAR Feeling generous? Then why not offer your guests a prepaid bar or a drink token? Put any amount of money behind the bar to provide complimentary drinks for your guests OR provide a set number of tokens to each guest, which can be exchanged for a selection of drinks behind the bar.* DRY HIRE Already have a selection of drinks that you wish to serve? We also offer a dry hire option to allow your guests to experience the vintage feel of Lakes Horsebox Bar. Disposable glassware and bar staff can be provided at additional cost. Booking Fee: £300 (non-refundable) *Additional pre-paid drinks packages can be offered for your guests, please just ask.
