Dear Hannah, We do apologise but I informed Mr Charles about the delay and tried calling too, the actual service time was 7:30pm, we started 8pm, upon arrival we waited 15 minutes for guidance. things were not in control, due to height of the van with chimney we couldn’t gone through, also Google, Waze doesn’t provide height restrictions yet. If you wanted by slices then you should’ve mentioned in conversation or messages, that we have to serve by slices, also you have to provide us a table and we could’ve worked accordingly. For any events lack of communication is disastrous,. Before leaving chef confirmed from Mr Charles and received 💯 positive response. We can still look to sort this out by phone or msg, Please feel free to call me anytime today or tomorrow.
