Nadine and her team provided a top class service and happy to use her services again. she is a polite and qualified chef and made great meals for our team. We have another event booked already in September . I would definitely recommend.

Please DO NOT book kiki’s. We arrange a festival to celebrate the school’s 20th Anniversary. Despite various phone calls discussing menu’s,
Logistics, ordering a generator for kiki’s and also keeping kiki’s updated on ticket sales, we were expecting 800 people. Kiki cancelled at 18:30 the night before the event. Siting extreme weather conditions! We also had a big wheel and various other fair ground rides who happily came and braved the rain.
We were really let down by kikis and did not have enough food for our customers.
Very unprofessionally Nadine the manager refused to pick up phone calls and discuss the matter.
Very disappointing.

We pride ourselves on quality service and strict adherence to health and safety practices with over 20years experience I prioritise safety over profits. The decision to call off the event was made after careful consideration
The event was focused on children, we take extra precautions in challenging weather conditions. Winds were extremely strong, and the rainfall was excessive We waited as long as possible to see if the weather would improve, but it did not until after 1PM. We needed to ensure that our health and safety practices were upheld
I cant comment on other suppliers who chose to take risks in those weather conditions Our insurers are firm on not taking risks just to make money at an event My team and I have always communicated with you promptly
