Ka Boogie is the North East’s premier music and party bus. It is 12 metres of the coolest singing and music making venue on the planet. Join the party, make a CD and when it is all over we will drive away with all of the mess, leaving you stress free.
The Birthday child will arrive in style walking the red carpet with their backup singers. After posing for the paparazzi they will step aboard Ka Boogie to enjoy a welcome glass of bubbly (non alcoholic) before rehearsals begin. (Please note that all photographs taken will be supplied as digital images only)
The party goers will enter the recording room on our bus, which has been well and truly pimped with amazing lights, lasers and of course blacked out privacy glass to keep out the prying eyes of your adoring public. Rehearsals complete the red light goes on and you begin to lay down your track. Recording complete and the fun and laughter continues when you retire to your very own throne in the VIP lounge area at the rear of the bus for party food and drinks.
You will then keep your party going with some dancing, karaoke or even play some video games on our Nintendo Wii. Before you bring your party to a close you will enjoy a presentation ceremony where all of the guests will receive a copy of your future hit on CD.
Used poptop to book the Kaboogie bus for my bet friends hen-do weekend away from London to Newcastle and safe to say the Kaboogie bus was the highlight of the weekend!
Had a party of 16 comfortably on the bus and we had a blast with music, karaoke, flashing lights etc etc. John was so lovely as well, just the best experience!

Brilliant experience on boogie bus for daughter 40th upcoming birthday. There were lots of wows from all guest when approaching and entering the bus. John was brilliant, he accommodated the 16 of us for my big brothers stag do and allowed us to play our own songs for the hour duration. We arrived at the Newcastle races in style and everyone thought it was the best part of the stag do!
Very happy with are experience on the party bus :)
We booked it for an hour to collect a group of men on a stag to take us from the dog track and ending up in Newcastle centre. Driver was great, on time, stopped at the off license so we could stock up on beer and we had a great time. Well worth the money as cabs would have cost us as much and we got to sing like a bunch of cats getting strangled. A couple of the lads said it was the best bit of the day although I preferred the strip club, this came a close second for me.

Well what can I say, absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Booked the boogie bus for my sister in laws 50th birthday and we had the best time.

Each job is priced individually because everybody wants something different and also each job is in a different area so it can sometimes be a bit of a drive just to get to you in order to deliver your booking.
For a recording party the bus is stationary and so we don't set a limit as you are not paying per head, however for quality purposes we recommend around 12 guests is an ideal number that way its not too loud inside and also all of your guests can dance together. For a cruising party we have a maximum limit of 22 people seated.
Yes you can eat on the bus, we can Cater your event for you or you can bring on your own food. Ka Boogie reserves the right to restrict the type of food you bring on to avoid staining etc.
Ka Boogie can provide party food at an extra cost of £4.00 per head
