Driver attended late after a breakdown of the vehicle and when he eventually arrived, the car was not clean or fit for a wedding. The lights on the front were bent, the doors struggled to open as well as the windows. The driver was not dressed professionally at all and did not really provide a service that was appreciated. Overall, a disappointment unfortunately and it was something that was thought would be so much better.

Hi Bilaal, thank you for your feedback.
As you are aware there was an issue on-route hence why the driver arrived 20 minutes past the original pick up time.
However you were not ready to leave for an additional 30 minutes (tracker confirms this). Further to this as a gesture of goodwill you were not charged the additional £100 for the 1 hour and 10 minutes overtime for you leaving from the Venue.
As you can appreciate, it is a 1930's Vintage and is not going to be in the same condition as our Modern Fleet, windows are manual and do take some effort to wind down. As for the doors they are a delicate door handle system and we do not expect clients to know/understand how to open them hence why drivers always open them.
As for attire, if a 3 piece suit isnt suitable we do not know what is.

Unfortunately we felt let down.
The vintage car arrived which we were pleased with but disappointed that the chauffeur wasn’t dressed in chauffeurs hat & smart jacket.
We had to open our own doors whilst the driver was too busy counting his cash! No professionalism.
He actually thought he’d come to take us to a wedding when in actual fact it was a 90th birthday party!
The vehicle looked good in the photos so that was the positive but generally felt let down by the chauffeur.

Hi Wendy, thank you for the feedback.
As you are aware the service provided was A*, otherwise you would not have insisted on the driver to be included in the Birthday Pictures.
As for professionalism, our drivers attend in a 3 Piece Suit, the fact he was not wearing a Top Hat (which we do not advertise as part of the attire neither do we force our Drivers to wear one) is not really a basis for a 2* Review because you 'assumed' a Top Hat is the norm.
Further, due to our genorosity and kindness you took an additional 17 minutes having the Driver take the Party on a drive to allow the remainder guests to arrive to the venue before your mothers arrival. This would be charged, however as a gesture of goodwill we did not.
And yet a 2* Review. I guess not every can be kept happy

Fantastic experience from start to finish.
Great communication from Adal throughout.
Had to change the times slightly close to the event which was accommodated with no issues.
The driver was prompt and helpful getting my daughter and her boyfriend to the prom in perfect time.
Added to a very memorable evening.
