Junkyard Street Food

Hi,
Junkyard is a street food restaurant in Hamilton https://www.facebook.com/junkyardhamilton/. The concept has been going strong for 7 years but is still very much a family business. We have a few signature dishes that are unique, or we believe, we do head and shoulders among our competitors. As part of expansion we decided to bring these dishes back to the origin of the concept and put them out to festivals and events.
The van itself has been modified with no expense spared giving it the ability to produce large volumes of food without taking away from the restaurant standard that we aim to preserve.

Also available is our new mobile bar. An 8 piece bar fabricated in stainless steel, with 4 chilled lines, 3 keg chillers, delivering any premium brands to suit your event. It has 2 double bottle fridges, 16 bottle gantry, and space for forty free pouring bottles. The bar also has a cocktail station, and to top it off, a built in generator that will cover any supply issues.
