Joey played at our joint 50th birthday party. We couldn't have chosen a better musician for our event. He managed to get everyone up and dancing (not easy with so many different age groups) and created exactly the atmosphere we wanted... So talented and completely charming too! I would really recommend Joey to anybody considering booking him - not only were his performances on the night fantastic, but his communication and willingness to adapt to our own preferences made the whole process and experience much easier and more enjoyable. He has a great voice, is a talented musician and can offer a varied set list, which he did for us over the course of three sets; starting fairly chilled and introducing more party vibes as the evening progressed, the drinks flowed and the dancing shoes came on. We would definitely book him again in the future!
Joey is both a talented musician and kind, professional gentleman. He was prompt, communicative, and even learned a special song of ours for our wedding! Our guests raved about his versatility and mastery of both guitar and vocals. I appreciated that he read the room well and played to his audience while still incorporating the song list and requests we had. Joey performed at a hen weekend for us in July 2021. He was super professional, very responsive to messages, and was flexible with what songs/vibe we wanted. He came early to set up, had all his equipment with him, and performed a 2 hour set on one of the hottest days of the year! Joey is a really talented performer - everyone that attended the hen do was really impressed by his performance and people are still talking about him and how good he was weeks later. I would highly recommend booking Joey for your event.

Joey was great throughout the process from hiring to the event itself. He played the songs I had requested and did a great job performing them and adapting to the varying styles. He pitched everything about the sound just right, which made for a great atmosphere. He was highly professional and blended in/adapted to the venue really well. I would highly recommend him.
