JKs Munchies

where about do i start with my experience with both JK Munchies and Poptop. 1. They got the date wrong for delivery, and delivered my order a month early. 2. When it arrive a month Early at the location, it was only for one person and really poor quality food, certainly not high end and defo not for a special occasion. 3. when i emailed to say about the wrong date error, there was no apology or even owning the mistake that was due to poor communication on there part in their depts. 4. I did get a notification to say that my order would arrive on the correct date roughly two weeks before the correct date, but not time of arrival. could be in morning or afternoon.. 5. and 5 is the best, finally on the special day (my wifes 50th birthday, which it was for) it didn't even arrival or turn up, and with no courier confirmation or communication from JK munchies saying that it was on the way to the location. So i payed for a product that never turned up for my wife's birthday.. please read this review....

Great customer service and even better bubble teas

Friendly staff, aware of what are they doing. I found a nice variety of teas and explosions of colour in my cup which make my day😊.

If I had to pick what I liked the most about JKs Munchies I'd be in great trouble, as everything was awesome: from the brownies, to the sandwiches, clotted cream, scones... fantastic afternoon tea, great customer service and delicious food! We also still have a ton left for breakfast for the next few days. Highly recommended!

Genuinely the best bubble tea I have ever had. I can't have caffeine or dairy and that can make getting nice bubble tea annoying and tricky. But the decaffeinated tea used was delicious loose leaf tea freshly brewed in front of me. The perfect sweetness and lovely chewed boba. Definitely coming back!!
