I had a hen do (on Zoom call) one Sunday & ordered the cream tea online the Friday afternoon before, for Saturday delivery. The package arrived in plenty of time, and the contents were delicious! (The biscuit was the only thing that was broken en route to me, but the cream tea had been packed really well). I would recommend JKs Munchies for taste & speed of service. I loved the scones, jam & cream, chocolate brownie & cake! 🍰 Very impressed! Thank you JKs! 😊👍

My son enjoyed tucking into his afternoon tea. Good communication from JK Munchies as Covid & lockdown did cause some issues, but JK Munchies were very accommodating with changing booking dates.

Great customer service and even better bubble teas

Friendly staff, aware of what are they doing. I found a nice variety of teas and explosions of colour in my cup which make my day😊.

Genuinely the best bubble tea I have ever had. I can't have caffeine or dairy and that can make getting nice bubble tea annoying and tricky. But the decaffeinated tea used was delicious loose leaf tea freshly brewed in front of me. The perfect sweetness and lovely chewed boba. Definitely coming back!!

My daughter sent me an Afternoon Tea box as a Mothers Day gift The presentation of the box and interior was a delight and very professional.I am keeping the box for keepsakes The tea was delicious and cannot fault it ,moist sandwiches ,light sponge finger cake, delicious sconces which I warmed first .There was so much to eat my husband and I are having half of it today when all is still fresh Only niggle is we could have done with two pots of cream.One was not really enough for four sconces. This is probably the only review I have posted but it was just of such a high standard I felt praise was in order Please keep up the excellent product and standards

Tasty desserts and very nice

This was a special gift for my sister’s 50th Birthday as she doesn’t live near me and I wasn’t able to see her. There was a lot of trouble getting the parcel delivered by DPD. The driver said he tried to call me but that was a lie as I had the phone with me that whole time and never missed a call. However, JK Munchies were very helpful and tried to sort it out but it was delivered a day late just as they were leaving for holiday. I haven’t been able to talk to my sister about the afternoon tea but she did send me a photo, which I’ve attached. For me this looks very disappointing as it isn’t anything like the photo on the website. It looks to me like everything is pre-packed rather than freshly made as described on your website and a freshly made delivered afternoon tea was what I was after. For me there wasn’t enough information on your website. If I had realised how far away this gift was coming from I would never have ordered, I thought I was ordering from a company local to my sister who were hand delivering a fresh afternoon tea.

Ordered a afternoon tea for a birthday and courier didn't bring it till 3 days later. Clare at jks was excellent in trying her best to sort it out over a weekend and then promptly sent another on the Monday for next day. That arrived as promised. Only thing was there was no jam for the scones. Thanks for sorting everything. Customer service was great

Communication was 100% and friendly, however my event was late due to courier missing my parcel. I was given the option of a full refund or added extra treats, I picked extra treats, I was very disappointed with my friends treat as there were no extra treats and for £28 it was not worth that. I was embarrassed my name was attached!

A nice afternoon tea. It didn’t blow us away as scones weren’t that great. Choc brownie was delicious, though!

Picnic box was bland and fed to the ducks - my 2 guests did not eat much of it, it was filled with Thick slices ciabatta bread and Untoasted these were horrible. The cream tea was ok but the boxes arrived and the contents had been dislodged in transit so did not look great - I wish I had just made up the picnic and cream tea myself for the money I spent and the fact we fed most of it to the birds and ducks - never again - not great

where about do i start with my experience with both JK Munchies and Poptop.

1. They got the date wrong for delivery, and delivered my order a month early.
2. When it arrive a month Early at the location, it was only for one person and really poor quality food, certainly not high end and defo not for a special occasion.
3. when i emailed to say about the wrong date error, there was no apology or even owning the mistake that was due to poor communication on there part in their depts.
4. I did get a notification to say that my order would arrive on the correct date roughly two weeks before the correct date, but not time of arrival. could be in morning or afternoon..
5. and 5 is the best, finally on the special day (my wifes 50th birthday, which it was for) it didn't even arrival or turn up, and with no courier confirmation or communication from JK munchies saying that it was on the way to the location.

So i payed for a product that never turned up for my wife's birthday..
