Instant laughs

I recently attended Marvin's comedy night, and it was a fantastic experience. What stood out most was his ability to adapt his material to suit the diverse audience – people of different ages and backgrounds were all laughing together. Marvin has a natural way of making everyone feel comfortable and he knows how to read the room. The night I went, he had the whole crowd engaged and at ease, including me. A gem of a place, a unique venue for stand up in London, particularly comes into its own in winter. You don't expect many cafes to be open late into the evening, not in this city, but this Instant Laughs night in Wimbledon is one such exception. A quirky host, friendly staff, good quality comics, this is a fun and friendly night.
