Nelson, was lovely and the food was great. The organising of the event was very easy and having Nelson allowed the evening of the event to run very smoothly. Would definitely recommend Nelson.

I can't recommend Italba-Dining highly enough. Nelson catered for 9 of us at a rented cottage in Perthshire for my husband's 50th birthday party. Not only did Nelson keep me well informed with a great choice of menus but his selection of food and ingredients were first class.
From the canapes to the starter, main courses (beef and fish) to the dessert and chocolates with coffee - it was all wonderful and there wasn't a plate left with food! I would also like to say how generous the portions...

What a fantastic experience. Food was exquisite. Nelson was so attentive. We were six females celebrating a big birthday and this meal and service was the end to a perfect day. We were staying in a hired lodge. We will definitely do this again. Would highly recommend - no complaints!

Nelson was a delight, very professional and friendly. The food was amazing and our whole party would rate him very highly, one of our group is a chef himself and he said he could not fault him.
