Indigo Delight is an act designed for lovers of RnB, hip-hop, soul, and pop. Indigo Delight comes as a 4 or 5-piece band to fit different venue spaces and hearts’ desires. Their full lineup is lead vocals, keys, guitar, bass, and drums with backing vocals. The band has been bringing RnB, hip-hop, soul, and pop favourites to weddings and events across the country since 2017. Indigo Delight had the pleasure of performing for one of KISS FM’s DJs at their wedding in 2021, where they were described by the clients as, “INCREDIBLE!!... The guests loved them and they made our wedding!”
Shamyra leads the way in Indigo Delight as she belts out the band's repertoire, from artists such as Alicia Keys, Aretha Franklin, and Bruno Mars. The band has a vast repertoire specialising in RnB, soul, and pop and also covering hip-hop, disco, funk, reggae, rock, indie, retro pop, romantic classics, retro rock, jazz, dance, country, gospel, festive, and musical favourites through the decades.
Indigo Delight welcomes you to tailor the setlist for your big day. For a standard 2x60 mins or 3x40mins performance you can select up to 32 songs from the band’s 400+ song repertoire, and the band will endeavour to accommodate all of your requests, given a month’s notice. Indigo Delight is also very happy to learn an ‘off the menu’ song request for you, for example, a first dance or your favourite song.
All in all, Indigo Delight is a very friendly and flexible bunch and takes great pride in providing excellent musicianship and creating a really fun atmosphere wherever they go. The band can play complimentary playlist music (which you are welcome to tailor) before, in-between and after live sets. The band can be on-site for up to 7 hours, or until midnight as standard. The band is also able to provide a band member DJ-ing should you wish to have a live DJ before, between, or after band sets. The band brings a full PA and lighting rig with them wherever they go too!
I cannot fault Indigo Delight and their manager Rhona Downie - from start to finish Rhona was absolutely superb at managing all queries with us whilst the band on the day were fantastic.
The performance really did make our day extra special and our guests were over the moon with them, enjoying every second.

Our lead vocalist is a member of the '100 Voices of Gospel' who were finalists on 2016's Britain's Got Talent, and has toured the world as an integral part of show-teams for P&O Cruises. The other band members have all honed their art at prestigious musical institutes such as Italia Conti, the British Institute of Modern Music, Plymouth University and Leeds University, and have played alongside the likes of Stevie Wonder, Emile Sande, Little Mix, Ellie Goulding and Seal.
We offer clients the opportunity to pick the songs they'd like to hear from our repertoire.

All bands are fully insured for up to £2,000,000 through MusicGuard for PLI, and all of our equipment is PAT safety tested.

We welcome 1 off-the-menu song request free of charge! Anything more than that and we request £50 additional to cover the time spent learning, practising and rehearsing the song.
The minimum amount of breaks we ask for is one 10-minute break. But often people choose to have two 20-30 minute breaks as it spreads the entertainment out through the night.
