Icarus and Apollo team were excellent. Arrived promptly, set up their cute trailer in the perfect spot and looked great.
Most importantly the food was awesome, all our guests loved the food. Halloumi Flatbread and Nachos being favourites.

Icarus and Apollo catered for our wedding in the Peak District and it couldn't have been more perfect! We've had so many comments from our guests about how gorgeous the food was and how lovely they were whilst serving. We were amazed at the menu choices we were given to choose from, and they couldn't have been more helpful when discussing menu adaptations for allergies. We had over 100 guests and they were served promptly with little time spent queuing so they could enjoy the day.

We booked a meal for 22 people for this weekend and Icarus and Apollo did a fantastic job! Holly had good communication, arrived on time and provided a fantastic, vegetarian menu with gluten fee option. Helpful, positive and great food; what more could you ask!

Icarus & Apollo catered for one of our Corporate Day events of 14 people. Their food was impeccable from the variety of spanish and italian bagels they offered in the morning, all the way to their dinner menu. The guests LOVED it. It was efficient, Holly was sooo friendly and the catering vehicle was beautiful. Can't wait to work with you again
Holly and the team did a pop up at our pub this weekend just gone. The feedback from our customers was brilliant, many whom aren’t vegetarian or vegan. The options changed daily and everything was cooked fresh to order on the day. The whole weekend went so well I booked Holly to come back again as soon as she could fit us in! Highly recommend!

Amazing vegan food! Catered for our wedding recently and we couldn't have been happier with the service. They were happy to travel into the Peaks to cater for us and adjust the menu to our requirements. Food was delicious and all guests were singing their praises (even the meat eaters). Holly and the rest of the team were great from start to finish. She was very helpful and quick to respond to communications in the lead up to our event. On the day they arrived promptly and were careful and considerate during set up. Food was served quickly and efficiently and was absolutely delicious. All in all, the value of the food and service far outweighed the actual cost. I will definitely be booking Icarus and Apollo for any future events.
Holly was really lovely to deal with throughout the run up to the event and throughout the day, she made a great selection of food with options for dietary requirements and it went down really well with our customers. I would highly recommend!
