Ian attended our Summer Social event in Edinburgh. He has been very understanding and a great communicator throughout the process of booking, despite some delays on my part. He was clear, flexible and our attendees absolutely loved it. He put me at real ease with his ability to work different sized crowds and took it completely in his stride when our numbers were lower than anticipated.
