I am a fully qualified chef with 25 years experience in the industry. I am Royal Navy trained and finished my time as a cookery trainer/instructor for the RN. I have experience in NVQ external and internal verification for college assessments. I have worked as operations manager at Nuffield Hospitals and Food and Beverage Manager at St. Mellion International Resort.

I have always wanted to run a Hog Roast operation such as Hungry Hog South West and was delighted when we started up in october 2012. I look forward to meeting you at one of our regular hog roll venues or would be delighted to give you a quote for your wedding function or private party.

"The food was wonderful - perfect for our needs. The salads were freshly made & delicious. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the food and how it was presented & served. There was plenty to go round and some had more than one helping!! - the veggie option was also very well received.

"Mark from Hog Roast South West was amazing. The food was very popular. Selling over 250 burgers and hot dogs. Great friendly guy and got stuck in even though he was busy from the start of the event until all 250 items were sold

I would recommend this to everyone thinking about this barbecue"
