Hugely disappointing. Hot tub deflated on second day and we are accused of damaging the product.
Whilst only one person set up, two appeared to deal with the fault which ultimately felt intimidating and confrontational in our own garden whilst they demanded £50 cash for their security deposit which they hadn't taken previously. It is clear from reviewing their T&C's they failed to deliver against their own requirements by not setting it up fully on drop off and leaving me to set up the chemicals rather than completing this themselves, granted not an arduous task but reflects on the contempt and lack of care we have been treated with.
They are still unable to provide a collection time for the hot tub on the Monday as they can't take it away with them now due to not having the correct vehicle and so we have to look at a collapsed folded up hot tub for a further two days. They did offer a replacement tub this evening but we were not prepared to take the risk of being accused of damaging a second one.
A horrifically frustrating experience, book with caution!!
