Hollie is a dynamic and versatile violinist based in Hampshire.

A classically trained violinist, Hollie began learning violin at the age of seven and went on to get a Bachelors of Music from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Her playing has taken her to many exciting concert venues, including the Royal Albert Hall, as well as venues like Kensington Palace, the Science Museum and British Museum in London and Hampton Court Palace.

Hollie is able to provide a bespoke performance at any wedding, corporate event or party. She is also available for session work and music videos.

Hollie can be booked on either acoustic or electric violins and has her own PA system for amplification. She has a huge repertoire of music, from classical to dance tracks, and is able to tailor her performances to the clients specific musical requirements. She is happy to play either with or without high quality backing tracks, and should you have a specific song request not already in her repertoire, Hollie is happy to accommodate these.

Although based in Hampshire, Hollie is available for events throughout the UK.

Hollie plays on an acoustic violin by G.A Chanot (c. 1895), as well as a Black 4-string electric violin by Bridge.

What a wonderful experience to have Hollie Chapman play at my daughters wedding at Lulworth Castle, Dorset. It made our Wedding Service & Breakfast such an enjoyable occasion. Such a talent, we were all warmed with her presence and delightful repertoire. Another memory to cherish fondly. We thank you deeply from the bottom of our hearts. πŸ’•

I wish I had enough words to express how amazing Hollie was. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without her! Listening to Hollie play was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We both absolutely loved every moment.

Hollie was amazing at our wedding!!
She played throughout the ceremony itself and then for around an hour or so afterwards.
She was very professional and just got on with everything on the day, including having to move inside and back out again when we had an unexpected rain shower! Before the wedding communicating with Hollie was really straightforward, she was always quick to reply while being pleasant and helpful.
She played all the songs we requested even though several were not on her repertoire. We'd also asked that she play others in a similar genre as we hadn't requested enough to fill the time, and were really happy with her choices which fitted with everything else perfectly.

Hollie's playing was so beautiful, it really made the day special and so many of our guests commented on how amazing the music was. For me the electric violin music was one of my favourite bits of the whole day.

Would highly recommend Hollie!

Hollie is an amazing violinist and really made our wedding special. Several guests mentioned how amazing she was and one guest took her card for their own upcoming wedding. Before the event Hollie was very friendly and professional, and we exchanged lots of emails. She takes requests and is happy to learn new songs. Hollie even downloaded a different backing track for us that we found on YouTube and sent us a few MP3s of her playing different songs to help us choose which song we wanted down the aisle. I would definitely reccomend her to anyone planning a wedding.

I invited Hollie to perform on HMS VICTORY, Royal Historic Dockyards, Portsmouth for a Regimental dinner night .Hollie created an atmosphere that complimented the setting perfectly. In my opinion she was the keystone of the event, her talent has made the evening a night that many will remember for the rest of there careers. Professional and punctual from start to end.
