Great service, particularly as the booking was at short notice and at a busy time. The tent was delivered and put up at the time agreed and helped make the party a great success.

Supplier was difficult to communicate with as at times he would not respond to phone calls to re-assure customers that he was available on the day.

Excellent service

At very short notice, due to the delay in lifting of covid restrictions and our hotel party being cancelled, we booked a 6x3m party tent for our daughter's 21st birthday celebration at home. The service from start to finish was superb. The tent was in excellent condition and put up in minutes by 2 very professional and efficient members of the high peak party tents team. They arrived when they said they would, and were completely transparent with costs- there were no surprises. The 4 uplighters they provided really gave it the edge on the evening too as they were set to the colours to match our theme for the party. I would definitely recommend High Peaks to anyone and I will absolutely be using them for any future events we have. Thank you Dan and the team!

The customer service was amazing, everything was stable and effective especially during the raining weather. I was soo happy with how everything looked and it really made my special day.

Service was really good my only negative was it was abit expensive for the size I received and had no floor Mat which featured on the advert.

Absolutely perfect for our garden gathering. All set up quickly, efficiently & stress free by a very friendly team - just what’s needed on party days!

I booked this at very short notice for a birthday celebration. The team that delivered, installed and subsequently collected were professional, friendly and adhered to Covid safety arrangements. The tent was great and we were able to place 3 x6 seater benches comfortably in it.
Would definitely use this company again!!

A first-class product and service which delivered on its promises. The party tent provided a completely safe environment for older, partially sighted and totally blind guests and their guide dogs - the uplighters provided were set for us so as not to disturb vision impairment in any way. The tent also lifted the appearance of the occasion making the birthday celebration special and memorable. would highly recommend the excellent service

Great service would highly recommend and use again. The LED up lighters were a great added extra and really made a difference in the evening.
