We Farm it, We cook it - YOU eat it! Cooking our handmade Gluten Free Hereford beef burgers, sausages, steaks and bacon at street food markets, corporate and private events all over the country, 50-500 people to feed - no problem!
- What services do you offer?Happy Herefords - we farm it we cook it! - we can provide catering for events of most sizes, small parties 50+ head with our biggest unit on it's own able to cater for over 1400 people. We farm 45 pedigree Hereford suckler cows who graze herb rich flood meadows. We turn them into burgers and sausages and cook them for you at your event. we do this all ourselves, there is no middleman, we are the real deal! Try us - taste the difference! We can also provide hog roasts, lamb or even a rump of beef cooked long & slow over sustainably sourced charcoal
- Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?Yes we do! We have different kind of units to cater from... from our pods to a larger trailer with a big spinning grill to a vintage Morris Minor. We also have our own portable oven which we cook our Hog Roasts in over charcoal for 12 hours on site. There is no pre cooking in the week with us - we cook it fresh so you eat it fresh.
- Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?We try and cater for everyone's tastes with what we do - we will always try to adapt and keep everyone happy!
- What kind of cuisine do you offer?We Farm It, We Cook It, YOU Eat it... straight from our farm we make the Pure Hereford Burgers, cut our own steaks, salt our own beef...cure our own bacon. We have a full menu with all these items and more.
