Hog roasts are our speciality and we pride ourselves on the quality of what we offer. Our skills not only include the ability to roast a hog to perfection but also cook barbeques offering loins of lamb, pork, tomahawk beef, marinated chicken, sardine "festas" parties and flaming chorizo bbq's and of course the speciality from North of Portugal, the Suckling Pig.
We have catered for 1000's events. In our journey as a business, we have an experience of catering to an average of over 500 events a year for almost 20 years., catering for private parties, one-day events, street fairs, markets, weddings, music festivals and corporate events. We are known for delivering delicious food coupled with unmatched levels of knowledge and experience.
Our skills include the ability to roast a hog to perfection and serve you the perfect porchetta hog roast. We have al fresco dining and barbeques in our veins. In the "Early Days", as importers of Portuguese speciality foods, we were pioneers in the import and distributing the finest specialities and dining experiences that Portugal has to offer.
For over three decades, Tim Clements has been a leading name and pioneer in the spit roast catering industry as a caterer and event management specialist. He had a residency spot at Borough Market for over 15 years as the Roast Hog specialist.
We have an experienced team behind us, ready to cater for your birthday, wedding or private event. We come with the equipment, gazebo with added on extras such as cutlery and crockery to hire.
