We offer a huge selection of drinks regardless of location, be it in a barn, field, marquee, woods, racecourse, on a private beach, or at a country house. What services do you offer?
Gentleman Jim’s Mobile Bar is versatile and can cater for both outdoor and indoor events. The horsebox is mobile and can go (size permitting) into any large enough space with access. If the venue is new to us, then ideally we would like to pop along in advance (we want everything to run smoothly). We cover the radius of 60 miles from Cambridge. However, we are happy to travel further but it may incur an additional cost. Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
We can adapt and tailor our drinks menu to suit your event and create bespoke cocktail menus. You can choose the draft lager, cider and ale. we offer up to 6 choices served by 12 serving taps.
How does the open bar work?
You can have a pre paid bar up to a certain limit (after which it will be a guest paying bar) or you can settle the tab at the end of the night. We also offer a drinks voucher service.

A full drinks menu is always available this can be tailored to specific tastes and requirements
Set List/Services
Gentleman Jim’s provides a full drinks menu at competitive prices. We can offer up to 5 different draft ales, ciders, and lagers with up to 12 serving taps. We have a full list of spirits, champagne, prosecco, wine, cocktails and soft drinks. All our drinks are served cold, and are fully refrigerated. We are more than happy to add to our wide drinks selection to cater for your individual tastes and event e.g. mulled wine and ciders for colder days. We can get your favourite cider, ale or lager ordered for your special event - No two events are the same with Gentleman Jim’s.
We can offer a guest paying bar, a pre- paid bar, a drinks voucher service or a combination of these arrangements.
We use elegant, shatterproof, recyclable and / or compostable plastic glasses.
