I found the whole experience of working with Edward very easy. Before we confirmed the booking he called and we talked through the menu and number of guests and dietary requirements, which he was able to accommodate no problem. He was in contact before the event to check details. The evening went smoothly, the food quality was excellent and he was ably assisted by a waitress which meant we didn’t have to do anything. A great evening. He cooked for vegan vegetarian and meat eaters. I would definitely recommend.

Huge thank you Ed! We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant experience in our holiday home. Delicious tastes - can definitely recommend the canapés - and perfectly cooked fillet steak. A huge treat for me and wonderful food for the family. Thank you and looking forward to meeting you again.

Ed was able to deliver a special dinner at relatively quick notice. He was responsive, modified the menu for our dietary requirements and even baked a delicious birthday cake. He was incredibly polite, on time, super organized and zero drama, and left the kitchen spotless. He was so helpful throughout even during the planning… and he was great company to boot! He very clearly enjoys his job. Next time we have a private dinner I know exactly whom to call again!

Edward was helpful, accommodating and went out of his way with oroviding a custom quote to suit our event and our needs. He went the extra mile by bringing ice, napkins, plates and anything else we needed to make the event as stress free as possible. He and his waitress were friendly and professional and the canapés he served were absolutely delicious and so beautifully presented. Ed deserves all the business he can get, for a truly five star service he provides. We will use him for all our catering going forward. Highly, highly recommended. I couldn't recommend Ed enough. He made his Spanish sharing menu for my sisters hen do and every course was delicious! His hospitality was fantastic, and looked after us very well. He was very flexible, and catered extremely well for our varying dietary requirements, we had multiple allegeries and vegetarians, but he made sure everyone had enough of what they were able to eat. Ed did all the prep, cooking and cleaning up afterwards, and left the kitchen spotless.
