Contacted by team with update when car was running slightly late - only 5 mins which was unavoidable due to the unusually heavy traffic that had built up as a result of motorway closure. The car was absolutely immaculate, the driver was pleasant and courteous. I couldn’t fault the service from the company and would highly recommend
