We used the team for our wedding at the end of April. The team were amazing, very professional, friendly and helpful throughout our event. The team helped our day to run so smoothly from our drinks reception through to helping ensure that as much tidying up of drink and food was completed by the end of the night. The representatives from ESS were amazing. They were personable, hard working, organised, tidy, adaptable and really made me feel at ease. Anything that needed doing they did without being asked. They were always one step ahead. They even went to buy supplies when we ran low on a couple of small items.
I cannot speak highly enough about the service which we received. They made our event run smoothly and I did not have to worry about the service aspect of the event at all which meant I was able to relax and enjoy the night with my guests which is exactly what we wanted.
All of our guests commented on how hard working and friendly they were.

Zara and Eloise our waitresses for the afternoon arrived early, they were immaculately dressed, very friendly and polite and very happy to provide whatever service my wife wanted.
They were brilliant, they not only ensured my guests received a first class service they went the extra yard to help ensure the success of my party.

Turned up almost an hour later than they were due to start serving. Very disappointed caused a lot of stress and worry on my wedding day and delayed food going out to our guests which had a roll on effect for our evening plans.
