Left standing in the high wind and rain for 30 minutes waiting for the driver to arrive was terrible customer service, several calls were made to enquire where the driver was, I was told he would contact the driver and get back to me but he didn’t I then rang back again and was told the driver was stuck in traffic when more calls were made he said again would contact me back with the drivers where abouts but he never did, got a msg stating would be 15 minutes that time then passed so another phone call was made to then be told the driver was 25 minutes away! I then asked what the policy is in regards to the payment at this point and the prom was starting in 15. Minutes we were no longer happy to pay the full amount and said we want a discount the person we spoke to at g6 was unhelpful and in my opinion annoyed by the discount request Having two teenage girls soaked in there prom dresses and very upset was not how the day was supposed to go, Time was getting on at this point so we didn’t have 25 minutes to wait with it being past 6:30 and prom starting at 7:00 so the unfortunate decision to take them ourselves was made, As I’m sure you can understand this has been heartbreaking for us all and extremely dissatisfying as a customer
