I have had to score a one star rating( as the review won't send without a star scoring) although I don't rate them any stars - Yes that's a Zero star rating for any of the above.
Unfortunately my waiters did not turn up and Kay was not reachable by phone or text. I expect my deposit to be returned as I obviously had the stress of dealing with the situation alongside the cost & logistics of arranging cleaners to clear up, which was part of the job the booking was made for, remuneration for this is going to be unlikely as I know they don't have the integrity to comply with this process!
The event I was hosting at my home was a Engagement and the booking was for 6 hours - It was impossible to find a replacement service at short notice (when they did not arrive without any warning) so the result was a chaos of 100 guests with no waiting staff.
Since the event i have been unable to reach any administrative staff.
As a 'professional' company they had all the information necessary and I had paid the deposit a month in advance and they simply didn't turn up - no one should have to deal with that kind of stress.
Anyone who books them should expect that there's a strong possibility they will do the same to you.
Four days on and I still haven't heard a word
