The marquee setup and take down was faultless. The responsiveness to the issue we had was 1st class and we were very grateful. Would use again and recommend.

Do not use these people for a marquee or any extras. They seem to make there money on people not reading the very small print and getting away with not completing a job and keeping the customers money. We ordered a 12x12 marquee for a garden party , along with tables and chairs. On the day of the marquee due to go up , the people who had come out were struggling to get the pegs into the ground. Yes the ground was hard from the dry summer we have had but surely a professional company should have dealt with this before and should have solutions !!. The decision was made that we could not have the marquee. We had 180 guests arriving the next day !! Not ideal. The table and chairs left were dirty and I had to clean every one ( 15 tables and 90 chairs ). I called the company after our event to discuss a refund , I was told someone would get be back to me. After waiting over a week , I had to chase them again and after another few days I got an email telling me that due to their terms and conditions I would have no money back. Terrible customer service And very unprofessional!!

Poptop and EZ Marquees provided an excellent service, in spite of the challenges presented to them of trees and wet and windy weather. The marquee looked attractive and welcoming and made it possible to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary with family and friends in our beloved garden. We would definitely use their services again and are recommending them to others. Thank you so much, Margaret & Stuart

I had a great response with poptop. The service was efficient and I was able to liaise with the seller quickly at any given time. The marquee added a nice touch and we were overall very happy with the service.
