Would highly recommend! Was super professional and the food was incredible not one complaint. We had people who were vegan, vegetarian and lactose intolerant (so as you can imagine a hard group to try and cater for) however Mark was so professional and helped accomodate for everyone! Mark’s food was amazing the flavour was sensational. He made us a Thai meal and was entertaining, speaking to us as he cooked. We would recommend him and will be using him again should we be back again in the area.

Mark contacted me immediately I made the booking for our weekend away and discussed the menu in great detail. There were 8 guests and I was able to choose two main course options, which was a bonus. Mark sent over photos and made suggestions and was very accommodating. He arrived with help, was very friendly and chatty and worked exceptionally hard in a strange kitchen to provide us with a fabulous meal! Everything was cleaned up afterwards and the kitchen left spotless.
What an absolute legend. From the welcoming smile to the food that made you want to make him your life partner, the whole experience was amazing. The man is a national treasure and created a wonderful night for us that we will not forget. We highly recommend you get Mark in for any event you have as he will make it spectacular!
